During the recent DARE2X General Assembly, LOMARTOV led a dynamic workshop on market analysis including a SWOT and PESTEL activity. This collaborative session, part of the market analysis tasks, aimed to gather diverse perspectives from the project’s consortium partners on factors influencing the market uptake of DARE2X’s innovative reactor technology.
- SWOT analysis: Assessed the internal strengths and weaknesses of the project, as well as external opportunities and threats.
- PESTEL analysis: Examined macro-external factors, including political, economic, social, technological, environmental, and legal influences, which could impact the project’s market positioning.
The insights collected during the workshop are instrumental for:
